Slider Revolution Basics
Slider Revolution is a homepage banner designer. It’s a very powerful tool, which when used correctly, produces beautiful results that help customers instantly understand who you are as a business.
To open the Slider Revolution plugin find Homepage Banner or Slider Revolution (depending on your set-up) from the WordPress Dashboard, left-hand menu.
Select the slider that you wish to edit and click the blue pencil when it appears in the bottom right-hand corner.
To create a new slide click the new slider box.
SLIDER SETTINGS
The first tab for your slider is “Slider Settings”
1. Content Source
Within here is where you control the basic types of content. For example, a picture slider is Default Slider, but you can also create video sliders, Instagram feeds or a Post slider for your blog.
2. Slider Title and Shortcode.
Make sure you give any new slider a unique title and shortcode.
3. Slider Types
A standard slider lets you have multiple slides. You can add arrows and bullets to show people how to navigate.
A hero scene can only have one slide but is a powerful sales tool.
A carousel works like the standard slider but it great when you showing multiple products in a carousel.
Each has a lot of presets, helping you to start a new slide.

4. Slide Layout
Do you want your slide boxed to your content width (Auto) Full-width or Full-screen?
5. Advanced settings in the right-hand side.
These are useful for getting your slides to transitions, how your arrows look, whether the slide moves when you scroll and how to optimise it for SEO.
6. When you made all your updates, make sure you save your settings.
