Cake Designer Website
After working with Denise on her branding, we then started to develop her cake designer website. There were three key areas we worked on, contact ability, imagery and information.
It was important that customers could easily find her contact information, so we place it on every page within the header, but also added a contact form to the bottom of every page too. We also added a custom order form, with key information and steps on how to order her cakes.
In terms of imagery, we worked at creating large hero banners to show off her best work. Also, we created a gallery that was sorted by occasion, so people could easily look at all her cakes for that occasion. Furthermore, we added specific galleries to each cake page, so they could see previous cakes from that occasion.
For information, we created key pages throughout the cake designer website that would give all the information to questions she gets asked on a regular basis. For example, creating a page all about her cake flavours and fillings.
